Delete my Oulpan account
You can request deletion of your account and associated data even if you have uninstalled the app.
From the app or website
Sign in, then open Settings → Account → Delete account. Enter your account email address to confirm the request.
Open account settingsWithout access to your account
Email contact@oulpan.fr from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete Oulpan account”. If you no longer have access to that address, tell us; we will ask for appropriate verification before deleting the account.
Send my requestDeletion covers your profile, progress, conversations and voice messages retained by Oulpan. It is completed within 30 days. An App Store or Google Play subscription must be cancelled separately in the relevant store.
